About Us

A long involvement in the food hospitality industry which initiated an extensive exploration of cuisine styles from around the world led to the establishment of the Chop ‘n Chill concept.

With a passion to share their accumulated experiences and knowledge, founders Jacqueline & Paul Cudmore, opened the first Chop ‘n Chill restaurant in their home town of Port Macquarie in November 2016.

The popularity of their particular food style along with the bright spontaneous décor and a very welcoming customer service approach, led to the launching of a second Chop ‘n Chill restaurant at South West Rocks in February 2020.

Our latest expansion plans are now being realised with the opening on November 1st of the Raby Bay Marina Chop ‘n Chill Restaurant.

For Chop ‘n Chill it’s more than just the food – a big part of the concept is what it offers people by way of location, and that is very much the case here in Raby Bay Marina where we are part of a vibrant restaurant precinct overlooking the beautiful boat harbour and canal waterways.

Relaxing in such pleasant surrounds while enjoying a truly unique style of food makes Chop ‘n Chill Raby Bay Marina a destination that’s all about spending great time with family and friends!
